Prenatal
Meet and Greet appointment
Home visits (number of visits decided by package)
Development of your Birth Plan
Childbirth Education (Alacarte or included in package Fully Loaded)
Extra visits can include attending Doctor appointments, sonograms and testing.
Birth
Doula will meet you at a designated time and location. Hospital, Birth Centers and Home.
This service includes physical and emotional support for laboring mom and her support team.
Massage, counterpressure, hydrotherapy (where permitted), focal points, music and aromatherapy
Advocacy on Moms behalf. Your Doula works for you, not the staff.
Postpartum
After returning home your doula will visit you and help you with any emotional needs. She is a resource for community assistance and knowledge. She can help you with questions you may have with newborn care.
The number of visits is decided by the package selected. There are additional appointments available.
